Field Service Engineer and Technicians France Position Overview AHS specializes in industrial conveyor systems for customers around the world, combining the material handling systems of Cablevey and Spiroflow Conveyors.

AHS is looking for a Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Technicians (FST) to support our customers in each region around the world.
As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will support our customers onsite and provide technical direction, troubleshooting, and technical solutions as needed to install and maintain our equipment.
Training will be provided as needed to support this process.
This position requires 75 - 80% travel.
You will be provided with travel and living expenses during overnight travel.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and provide service and solutions to issues that may arise.
Duties Include:
Manages onsite installation, repair, and maintenance on conveyor systems Troubleshoots and diagnoses technical issues and provides solutions Documents service process, inspections, and technical recommendations Works closely with all AHS departments to deliver flawless execution Develops good working relationships with customers and AHS employees Maintains and continually improves technical and professional abilities Required Qualifications High school diploma or 2 years of relevant comparable maintenance experience Demonstrated Mechanical Aptitude Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Currently possess a good driving record and license Possesses the ability to diagnose equipment without supervision; able to read, follow, understand, and communicate system schematics Desire to provide outstanding, professional customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving, and commitment Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment Willing and able to respond to after-hour emergency calls This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to pre-employment requirement Ability to travel to domestic and international locations for work and/or training for extended periods Previous experience working with hand tools and power tools Ability to move and manipulate up to 50 pounds Preferred qualifications 2-year mechanical or maintenance technical degree Basic knowledge of Electronics and Electrical systems Basic computer skills Welding, Alignment, Rigging, Pipe fitting Food processing industry experience Ability to climb vertical ladders, and work at heights Responsibilities As Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of safety for your assigned location and maintaining high standards for quality, on-time delivery, and customer service You will utilize the most relevant documentation for all planned maintenance, unplanned interventions, installation, commissioning, and upgrades You will communicate clearly with Site Leads and/or Plant Managers in order to achieve resolution for technical and/or commercial customer concerns and perform daily assignments using proper methods while following documentation for all assigned tasks You will perform assembly, commissioning, testing, repair, and maintenance on food and/or non-food processing equipment Job Type:
