Learning & Development
Contribute to designing
simple, effective processes
to improve the learner experience and support the growth of our learning culture
Play an active role in launching our new
Learning Management System (LMS)
, making it accessible and valuable for all employees
Organize and support
training sessions and learning events
, managing invites, logistics, materials, and feedback
Help roll out structured
learning programs
such as onboarding, leadership training, and soft skillsdevelopment
Keep our
learning data and tools
up to date and well maintained
Skills Management
Assist in
mapping existing and needed skills
across the organization, identifying development gaps
Support tracking of
training needs and development goals
