About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Job Search Consultants to provide career transition support to professionals impacted by workforce changes.


This freelance role involves delivering personalized coaching to job seekers in France, including job search strategy, application materials, interview preparation, and networking techniques.


Ideal candidates are former recruiters, HR consultants, or skills assessment specialists with strong communication and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct coaching sessions via phone, video, and email.


2. Guide candidates in developing and optimizing CVs and LinkedIn profiles.


3. Organize job search activities and track progress.


4. Enhance interview skills through mock interviews and preparations.


5. Evaluate job offers and assist with salary negotiations.


6. Strengthen networking strategies.


7. Share tailored job leads and resources.

Support candidates in either or both phases:

• Pre-redundancy phase:
  
  
  voluntary support before job termination (often on-site).


• Outplacement phase:
  
  
  remote transition support.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).


• Minimum 3 years of experience in job search advising or career transitions.


• Background in recruitment or skills assessment consulting.


• Licence-level education (Bac+3) preferred.


• Excellent communication, organization, and rapport-building skills.


• Empathetic, positive, and motivating attitude.


• Comfortable managing administrative tasks and online coaching tools.

Technical Requirements:

• Personal computer (Windows 8/10 or Mac OS Yosemite+).


• High-speed internet access.


• Up-to-date web browser (Chrome or Firefox).
