ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Paris.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and the HR team to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement annual HR programs, such as performance reviews, promotions, and action plans resulting from employee surveys.

In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute these programs, aligning them with the overall business strategy.

Additionally, you will contribute to improving organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, and design and deliver management training.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES â?¢ Collaborate with local leaders to develop effective strategies for local people topics, including engagement, recruitment, people development, headcount approval, onboarding, and quarterly communication initiatives.

â?¢ Ensure the HR team provides professional, timely, and value-driven services across the region, in line with the company's core values of integrity.

â?¢ Communicate local/global initiatives, approaches, and strategies to local employees and managers through effective engagement with local leadership.

â?¢ Provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders, helping them enhance their leadership skills.

â?¢ Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact and advisor on local employment practices and compliance matters.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE â?¢ Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and expertise in human resource management.

â?¢ A master's degree in human resources management or a related field within the HR spectrum is preferred.

â?¢ Fluency in both French and English.

â?¢ Proven experience in partnering with business leaders in complex and dynamic business environments.

â?¢ Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English, including the ability to provide direction and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.

â?¢ Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

â?¢ Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing skill development.

â?¢ Sound commercial acumen and the ability to provide valuable insights.

â?¢ Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.

â?¢ Uncompromising confidentiality and personal integrity.

â?¢ Extensive experience working with HR suite programs, preferably SAP.

â?¢ Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS â?¢ Travel within the national territory may be required, approximately 20% of the time.
