Work hand-in-hand with Business Managers to understand our clients' needs Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements Buil and nurture quality talent pools to always have ready-to-present candidates to our clients Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Call current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals To be successful at Anotech and at this position, you must:
Have an extensive experience in recruitment, both in agency and in-house Have a business-oriented approach to recruitment Be keen to provide a great candidate experience Be able to work in English, Dutch a plus Be eager to challenge yourself Experience in the Energy industry would be an added value What we offer:
