Hospitality, Real estate asset management Functions Leadership Skills with a hands-on approach:
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large cross-functional team in a hospitality or real estate asset management firm, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Proven ability to be hands-on, diving into details when necessary while also maintaining a strategic perspective, in alignment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Operations Expertise & Process Excellence:
Extensive experience in property or facilities management, with a strong understanding of real estate operations, financial management, and customer service.
A knack for defining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Organization Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Innovation:
An inclination towards embracing technology and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness and tenant experience.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both French and English is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders.
Spanish is a plus.
