Today, we are looking for an experienced Head of People willing to make Madbox' People practice among the best in the ecosystem.

Based in Paris , you will report to our General Manager and be Madbox's people and culture leader for our team of 80 people (and growing) distributed between France and Spain (Barcelona):

foster our talent-density driven work culture, build the next creative leader, and help Madbox reach our full potential by stellar talent acquisition, seamless people experience and strong people empowerment.

As the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and talent density.

Your leadership will impact every aspect of our organization, from attracting and retaining top talent to driving a working environment that thrives on creativity and ownership.

Working hand-to-hand with the HR Manager, you will be responsible of:

Strategic Leadership
- develop the people strategy
- compensation, benefits, remote policy
- aligning with Madbox's goal to become the next Gaming Hit Factory
- Collaborate with the team leaders to ensure that people initiatives are integrated into overall business strategies and foster people's development 2 .

Team Leadership
- Mentor a team across 2 sites, Paris & Barcelona, and probably others to come in the near future
- Lead the People team (currently 4 people) to deliver the company's key project, scalable processes and policies, people team's budget
- Promote collaboration and a sense of unity within a global work environment 3.

Performance Management Oversee the performance management strategies, ensuring they align with company goals and individual development Implement data-driven approaches for performance assessments Coach and advise team leaders on their people's decisions 4.

Empowerment and Leadership Development Spearhead initiatives to foster continuous learning and development, empowering employees to reach their full potential Support team leaders to build the next generation of creative leaders within Madbox Implement mentorship and coaching programs to cultivate leadership skills at all levels 5.

Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract ambitious and impact-driven A-players aligned with our company values and culture
- Implement retention strategies to ensure talent density and employee growth for Madbox to remain a top-tier employer in the gaming ecosystem
- Refine and improve our global compensation frameworks 6.

Culture and Engagement
- Drive initiatives to foster a culture of trust and ownership
- Develop employer's brand through strategic initiatives, events, and communication channels to maximize talent acquisition outreach and enhance our culture of transparency 7.

People experience and Compliance
- Enhance the overall people experience by streamlining and scaling people processes and communication while maintaining costs under control
- Advise the executive team and work with all relevant stakeholders (managers, Legal team) on best practices to protect the organization and on all legal issues related to employment What are we looking for ?
- Expertise in global HR management, talent acquisition in the Tech sector, organizational restructuring, pioneering HR policies aligned with business objectives, and fostering impactful, diverse work cultures
- Proven track record in leading and empowering teams, both individual contributors and managers, with an ability to leverage a wealth of people use cases to strategically advise the leadership and managers on their decisions
- Versatility in understanding teams , having engaged with diverse backgrounds spanning data, tech, production, legal, and more.


- Ability to connect with team members on a profound level (drivers, aspirations, and challenges) to ensure that people's decisions align with both individual and organizational goals
- Strategic & hands-on, ensuring that strategic goals are met while addressing day-to-day operational needs
- Advocating the value of in-person interactions , to create an environment of creativity and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of international employment practices and cultural nuances
- Analytical approach to make data-informed business cases and understand the tradeoffs for those decisions.

Ability to articulate and quantify 360° people strategies (e.g.

compensation philosophy) to ensure company-wide consistent and scalable policies
