Brussels periphery (Belgium) YOUR TASKS :
- You will manage and coordinate a team of around ten Bid Managers, some of whom are based on 3 continents - You will supervise or participate in the drafting of pre-qualification documents and answers to public tenders financed by International Financial Institutions. - You will ensure the quality and compliance of your files with the technical, administrative and financial requirements of the specifications - You will work closely with the International Commercial Director, to manage and coordinate the Bid Management Unit. - You will also assist the Director in setting up commercial partnerships.
Short-term commercial missions abroad are also to be expected YOUR PROFIL :
You have at least 7 years' experience in preparing offers for projects financed by International Financial Institutions.
You are familiar with the various steps of large-scale bids preparation.
Ideally, you have already been involved in international business development.
You are familiar with partnerships and have the necessary interpersonal and negotiation skills.
You have a first experience of managing a team and are able to support, train and supervise colleagues.
You are fluent in English, knowledge of one or more other languages (particularly French) being a significant asset.
