Ensuring HR practices comply with French labour laws and regulations.
Develop strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, support negotiations and consultations to ensure compliance with labour agreements.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
Work closely with UK Head Office to align on all HR policies, processes, and company based initiatives.
Minimum
- 7 years of HR management experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
Expert knowledge of French employment laws and HR best practices.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
