About the Factory Huawei has operated in Europe for 20 years, and is committed to operating â??in Europe, for Europe', we are planning to build a new wireless communications product factory in France.

This highly automated and intelligent facility will specialize in 4G and 5G equipment, and will primarily manufacture supplies for European customers to demonstrate Huawei's positive stance to Europe's call for digital sovereignty.

Over 200 million euros planned investment for this ecological factory to be built with eco-friendly materials also equipped with the world's most advanced production equipment and tools from local leading partners.

It is estimated that this project will generate 1 billion euros worth of products annually and directly engage with talents in the Grand Est Region to create up to 500 jobs.

Job Title HR Expert (m/f/d) Job Location 1 Rue de Londres, 67670 Mommenheim, France About the Role As the certified â??Top Employer in Europe 2024', who are committed to â??consistent application of human resources excellence', we are looking to hire an established Human Resource expert to look after the entire factory business unit and work closely with the Head Quarters HR decision makers for planning, executing and coordinating on various human resource administrative, strategic functions as well as driving key projects to ensure business objectives are achieved.

You must have an in-depth understanding of business operations in the manufacturing production environment and build great working relationships with all stakeholders, in order to support the delivery of appropriate HR programs and solutions to enhance business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is confident to build a whole effective HR system from scratch and continuously to improve its proficiency to support employees.

Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with the regional and Head Quarter HR leaders to establish, develop and optimize the factory HR system (i.e.

define policies, process with implementation, including working time regulations, employment contract, and HR documentations, etc.) Focus on people management excellence by consistently improving, streamlining, and upgrading people-related methodologies following the rapid growth of the factory.

Following company strategies to develop and localise employee benefits and compensation schemes (i.e.

payroll, benefit, employee insurance, etc.), also ensure the competitiveness of our package in the market.

Support management to identify recruitment needs such as:

hiring planning, lead the candidate evaluation process; also connected with external stakeholders (i.e.

universities, agencies, etc.) for recruitment projects and events.

Collaborate with senior management on HR planning action-plan, identify training needs, learning and development plans to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.

Establish internal employer strategy, drive key projects to support employees to thrive and champion harmonious work environment in the business and its practices.

Act as a key point of contact to response to inquiries from external stakeholders (i.e.

employer association, trade unions, local authority's department, etc.) Following French labor laws and regulations that ensure all HR related activities within the business take place compliantly and also consistently communicate with external employee relation consultants to keep HR related policies up-to-date.

Ideal Candidate:

University degree or equivalent qualification in human resource.

Ideally 10 years HR experience with in-depth understanding of people management (blue-collar and white-collar employees).

Posses adequate understanding of French labor law, employment legislation and know-how of employee relation topics.

Strong advisory and social competence, convincing with own initiative, communication and influencing skill.

Ability to work under pressure, priorities workload and drive HR projects independently.

Articulate in English and French, both written and oral.

HR practioner with background of technological manufacturing is highly desirable.
