HR Manager (CDI, permanent)

As our first-ever HR Manager, you will build and manage all aspects of human resources for our dynamic and fast-paced organization of 30+ employees (growing to 50+ in the months leading to the events).


This is a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional with a generalist background and a knack for recruitment to create HR processes, policies, and strategies from the ground up.


You’ll be instrumental in attracting top talent, fostering a thriving company culture, and supporting our team as we expand globally.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  
  
  Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles across the organization, focusing on headhunting top-tier talent.


• Compensation & Benefits:
  
  
  Audit and enhance current compensation schemes to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.
  
  
  Develop performance-oriented bonus structures.
  
  
  Provide recommendations for compensation adjustments to leadership.


• Manage employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.


• Identify training and development needs across the organization.


• Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational structure, compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and headhunting.


• Proven expertise in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, including performance bonuses.


• Ability to attract and hire top talent, especially in tech and event management sectors.


• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English; French proficiency is preferred.

Chain Of Events is a Paris-based company organizing Paris Blockchain Week, a major event exploring blockchain technology and Web3 innovations.


The event attracts thousands of attendees, sponsors, speakers, journalists, and media, fostering discussions on blockchain's future and digital assets industry.


The 5th edition was held from 8 to 12 April 2024 in Paris and online.


The company also launched its first RAISE summit in April 2024, expanding into a

- day conference in July 2025.
