General Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Performance Management Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our Firm.
This position will assist with administering the daily operations of human resources functions and duties, focusing on supporting performance management processes by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth execution.
The Human Resources Performance Management Coordinator will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work closely with other members of the Human Resources team to ensure the successful implementation and consistent administration of firm-wide human resource initiatives and practices.
This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility to work from home and the office.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the set-up, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of performance evaluations and processes to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between HR, employees, managers, and attorneys to address performance evaluation inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Support the training of attorneys, managers, and employees on the performance management system and procedures.
- Assist with employment agreement tracking, filing, and distribution.
- Assist in the set-up and administration of annual partnership admissions and partner compensation processes.
- Draft and distribute related communications.
- Maintain electronic personnel files.
- Special projects and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and follow through when resolving issues.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to manage extremely sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and create pivot tables.
- Experience working with employment data and report generation.
Preferred Qualifications & Education:
- Professional Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
- Familiarity with performance management software and Workday (or similar enterprise HR system)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
