We are currently seeking an IT ApplicationsManager, reporting directly to Applications Portfolio and Local Systems Manager to join our Digital for Support Functions & Corporate team based in Paris, Nanterre.

About the mission we offer you:
As an IT ApplicationsManager, you will participate in application implementation and maintenance projects.
In the project phase, your activities will be the following:
Participating in the technical design of the solution, ensuring its consistency with the overall architecture of the IS.
Participate in the configuration of applications.
Participate in the pre-production stage:
analyze incidents in conjunction with the project team, follow the corrective phases.
Receive and validate the publisher's documentary and application deliverables, participate in the drafting of technical documentation.
Coordinate the switchover simulation operation and the final switchover on the new application.
Once in production, you will be responsible for:
Centralize business feedback, resolve malfunctions, test personalized software.
Participate in continuous improvement:
automation of tests, management of continuous integration, deployments, etc.
Provide daily support for applications and their interfaces, corrective, scalable and adaptive maintenance.
Coordinate the actions of technical teams internal and external to the IT department.

Qualifications:
Engineering school diploma in computer science at Master's level
Languages:
Fluency in English and French
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration (technical support) or software development is required.
Desired knowledge of the Agile, Scrum, Lean approach.
Strength of proposal and conviction, good communication skills and team spirit are required for this position.
