What you’ll do:
- Lead a high-performing internal development team across all major technical initiatives
- Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape
- Ensure 24/7 system reliability
- Champion best practices across SDLC and keep documentation sharp
- Coach and mentor both team members and stakeholders in modern tools & methods
- Partner with IT and business leaders to turn complex needs into clever, value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with top-tier vendors to keep key systems like ERP, QMS & PLM running smoothly
What You Bring:
- Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing space
- Expertise architecting and designing new and current systems.
- Proven track record of leading support teams in maintaining applications for a global, 24/7 operational business.
- Comprehensive expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration.
- Extensive experience in vendor management, particularly with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
