We are looking for an Innovation Product Engineer in the electronic field for automotive EV applications.

The position involves customer travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Propose product strategy for new products in Position Sensors.


2. Define new features and solutions with customers, research centers, and our internal R&D and Sales teams.


3. Conduct workshops with EV motor makers to qualify needs and specifications.


4. Study future norms and new requirements.


5. Define functional architecture (description of functions needed, specification on HW and SW).


6. Conduct technical competitive analysis and benchmarking.


7. Provide input (key advantages, cost, etc.) for new product business cases.


8. Manage patent creation step by step during innovation development.

Your profile:

1. Master/Expert in power electronics automotive applications.


2. Capability to discuss and solve technical issues in IGBT and motor control systems while proposing new solutions.


3. Approximately +10 years of professional experience.


4. Internal & external customer orientation.


5. Communicative behavior & sense of responsibility.
