We are seeking a Biomedical / Applicationengineer for an internship.
The intern will be responsible for the demonstration of our AI-based product, including all data preparation and automation where feasible.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our AI-powered solutions designed to assist radiologists in their routine tasks.
This position requires a strong understanding of clinical data, proficiency in radiologist viewer software, and very good presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
Internship program:
Learn the environment of demos:
DICOM format / original images / AI report / viewer software / radiologist workflow.
Learn the process for preparing demos:
from patient selection to all data ready.
Learn how to demo:
to stakeholders with different backgrounds.
Explore how to automate the demo preparation:
through scripts for data wrangling and automated report generation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or last year of Master's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical informatics, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
Interest in clinical data, ideally related to AI-powered solutions and radiology workflows.
Knowledge in radiologist viewer software and familiarity with medical imaging data formats (DICOM, PACS).
Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Adaptability with demonstration setup / stakeholders requests.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role or technical sales support is a plus.
Desired skills:
DICOM, image acquisition workflows, radiologist workflows, elevated communication, image processing basics, clinical understanding, automation of file processing and libraries:
python preferred.
