MissionThe URG JuniorEventPlanner reports to the Senior Event Manager of United Robotics Group.You are going to work on various events for the URG and its subsidiaries on your own and in cooperation with other marketing team members and cross-functional teams and contribute to developing and implementing strategies that promote URG or our brand's products.Tasks· Planning, implementation and follow-up of international events (trade fairs, webinars, internal events etc.)· Plan and coordinate logistics for all events including contract negotiations, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, and marketing materials.· Planning of technical resources, tools and personnel capacities· Participant and registration management· Internal communication of event goals, messages, guidelines etc.· Coordination of the agency and external service providers· Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise during events· Act as the main point of contact for your assigned projects and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met· Ensure the implementation of existing event processes and standards· Research and evaluation of relevant events· Market monitoring of innovative event formats, virtual tools and current changes in the location and event service provider segmentRequirementsSkills :
· You are in a studies alternately in your 4th or 5th year with a focus on event management or comparable training with a corresponding focus· An experience in event management, as a student trainee or on a job· Business fluent in written and spoken English and French· German is a plus· Confident handling of all common MS-Office programs· Organizational talent with knowledge of event management· Careful, structured and reliable team player with strong communication skills and hands-on mentality· Independent work ethic, results-oriented and a good eye for detail· Willingness to take on challenges, learn something new and contribute with commitment· Willingness to travel to participate in events Aldebaran ParisÎle-de-France Marketing Stage Débutant
