We are looking for a CreativeProjectManager to join our HQ Creative team, working from our Paris office.
The profile we are looking for is a hybrid creative / projectmanager with experience on working on global brands or agencies, who combines rigorous project management skills with a keen creative eye.
With a deep understanding for the heritage and ambition of our Brand, the CreativeProjectManager will report to Senior CreativeManager and will, under their guidance, manage the process of assets creation for our core range asset strategy, social media formats,campaigns and collaborations.
We are looking for someone both creative and precise who is solution-driven on omni-channel projects and can switch easily from organizational to creative subjects.
This person should provide efficient support to the team.
Responsibilities :
Support the Senior CreativeManager on project management of various projects, including evergreen content production, and local and global product launches Supervise the execution of assets from pre-production and shoot to post-production and delivery, including liaising with production partners and internal teams Coordinate and provide updates to internal teams to ensure cross-team aligment on shotlist, delivery dates, products etc Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and are aligned with our creative vision Lead Social-Media creativeprojects, working in an international team of creatives and producers Oversee and support regional teams in their local activations such as events, photoshoots, and editorial partnerships Pitch and present creativeprojects to Senior CreativeManager Provide support and guidance to other teams within RIMOWA Requirements :
Great project management and organizational skills Significant experience (minimum of 5 years) in overseeing film / photo / digital productions (either agency or in-house) Great understanding of established and up and coming social media platforms (both Western and Eastern) We are open to any work background (streetwear, design brands, architecture, etc).
An experience in the travel/luxury industry is welcome but not mandatory Highly visually driven with a strong understanding of the fashion/luxury landscape Perfectly fluent in English, speaking and writing.
