- Supervise and manage all operations within the French territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
