1,600 employees and is responsible for the IT infrastructure in the business unit Services Project Funding (SPF), department SPF 4, in the specialist group SPF 41.
Strengthen this area at the earliest possible date as IT specialist for systemintegration (f/m/d) Your tasks:
You will support the SPF 41 department primarily in setting up, operating and managing the IT systems of Project Management Jà¼lich.
The focus of your work will be Providing technical and administrative support for user-related hardware and software, including in relation to video conferencing systems and mobile devices User support, especially with regard to fault reports through fault acceptance, analysis and rectification Setting up and dismantling technical workstation equipment and managing hardware loan devices, including issuing loaner laptops User consulting in the selection of individual solutions for the use of hardware and software Installation, configuration, expansion and modification of hardware and software Software maintenance by installing patches Maintenance of user accounts and authorizations as well as keeping inventories Creating documentation Your profile:
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) specializing in systemintegration or IT systems electronics technician (f/m/d) Ideally first relevant professional experience Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems and user software - both as a user (f/m/d) and as a system administrator (f/m/d) Knowledge of hardware configurations and file transfer networks as well as software distribution solutions Experience with IT ticket systems Knowledge of the connection of mobile devices to company networks and knowledge of ISO 27001 certification based on IT baseline protection (e.g.
BSI standards or IT baseline protection compendium) is desirable Communicative competence and good written and spoken German skills Confident and friendly demeanor as well as a well-groomed appearance Ability to work in a team, commitment, initiative and a willingness to think outside the box What we offer:
