Your tasks Transition support:
Accompanying the transition from the existing service provider to the new service provider with subsequent takeover and continuous support during operation After a thorough onboarding phase, you act as the central point of contact for the operation, administration and availability of the privatecloud infrastructure Ensuring the performance and monitoring of resources such as computing power, storage space and network bandwidth to ensure that our privatecloud is operated efficiently and cost-effectively Responsible for minor changes, such as server infrastructure memory expansions or other performance parameters or configuration entries Organizing and participating in meetings with service providers to manage services responsible for the operation of the landscape Managing user access and permissions within the privatecloud to ensure that only authorized persons can access resources Maintaining documentation on privatecloud configuration, processes and policies to ensure a clear and transparent environment Cost and invoice controlling for all agreed services and deliverables Your profile You have a broad IT spectrum and have mastered many subject areas within IT, which you have acquired through training as an IT specialist for system integration, a computer science degree or comparable training Proven initial experience as an operationsadministrator in the privatecloud sector, ideally on the service provider side Knowledge of IT operating processes (ideally ITIL) and operational security and resilience Ability to communicate effectively in meetings with service providers, manage and schedule them Prepare and support our provider managers and executives in upcoming negotiations Independently initiate and implement changes on the basis of ITIL-based processes A high level of service understanding and good communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders Fluent communication in German (C1 level) and basic knowledge of English Our more 37 hours full-time week 30 vacation days Flexible, family-friendly working time models Regular opportunities for mobile working Subsidy for the Germany ticket Permanent employment contract with a state-owned company Standard pay including Christmas and vacation pay Future-proof job with creative freedom in the area of Group development Good opportunities for further training and qualification Offers for health promotion and retirement provision Support with child and family care Make Berlin your home We look forward to receiving your application documents.
