Your tasks:
Installing and maintaining our medical products (mainly software) in hospitals and at doctors' surgeries - usually remotely Contact person for technical questions from our customers Support of the field service with technical questions You are the interface between end users, sales partners and colleagues Your profile:
You have a strong affinity for IT You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with demanding customers You are confident in dealing with current Windows and mac OS operating systems You have an independent, customer and solution-oriented way of working Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Our offer:
