Tasks Installation, provision and roll-out of software and hardware Analyzing and resolving faults by phone, email and remotely - 1st and 2nd level support function for German and international locations with upstream external 1st level helpdesk Independent ticket processing in a small team Support in the administration of Windows operating systems Documentation of IT processes, including ticket documentation Requirements What do you bring with you?
