We are seeking a highly motivated and detail:
oriented Site and SearchSpecialist (Benelux) to join our team.
Dutch and English speaking are mandatory for this position, location can be either in France (Colombes) or in the Netherlands (Weesp).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the agency on maintaining the search functionality and overall user experience on our brand websites.

Main Responsibilities:
Website, SEO (40 of role)
Managing and collaborating all brand website content, optimisations, tagging and monitoring performance for BNX websites, while working closely with the Marketing team
Lead point of contact for Botify our SEO performance tool
Lead for SEO day to day with the marketing team, the agency and EU digital team:
Metadata, Keywords selection, tech update.
Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the user experience.
Raising tickets in JIRA with our internal agencies and handling all the internal website tagging
Coordinate all local implementation of EU website update supporting the brand team and working closely with the marketing team to localize it
Paid Search (30):
Support the data and insights manager in delivering Paid Search for BNX
Coordinate local verification of keywords and ad copies with the marketing team
Share best performing keywords with e:
commerce team (TBC)
Measurement (20):
Support the data and insights manager to lead QBR in digital performances
Ensure scorecard update on a quarterly basis
Sharing digital insights with the marketing team on a monthly basis
Monitoring and updating the tracker covering of all website, search and SEO activities
Digital Coordination (10):
Support the data and insights manager in conducting yearly Digital Days
Bringing in local digital needs and coordinating meetings/upskilling from a local standpoint.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in SEO and website optimization (including internship, alternance)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze website performance and make data:
driven decisions.
