help to develop a new aspect of the hospitality business participate in the strategic projects As such, your main responsibilities will be :
Ensure that all WW projectprograms are in line with the global view of pluriannual Asset Planning, technical & product requirements and process â??Program to budgetâ? Be the support to obtain the right program of each renovation up to presentation to investment committee with the support of local teams Participate in the execution phase to ensure the proper program's implementation Provide support in Design & Product to MCI & AM transactions by performing product audits & PIPs Manage the relationship & processes with stakeholders including AH Support in development project / feasibility studies, architectural approaches, and internal and global design Base them in the environment Economy strategy THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF :
You are an Architect or an Engineer withan international hospitality experience of 5 years minimum Diploma :
Bac 4/5 Architect/Engineer Confirmed background in WW hospitality, Design, Construction & RenovationProjects and Asset's.
Fluent English YOU ALSO ARE :
-meticulous and organized -be receptive and close to the people -unconventional approach -open minded Contract duration :
