HotelManagerParis2024 JLE recruits a HOTELMANAGER to plan and implement a VIP Hospitality Program for one of the top Sponsors for the Paris Olympics 2024.
JLE France is a staffing agency specialised in international major sports events providing premium operation staff around the world since 2015.
Responsibilities:
Management of the hotel team and guest communications team Planning and control of delivery of all hotel operations:
room drops, welcome desk, room preparation and allocation, check-in and check-out procedures, mini-bars Main point of contact for hotel, liaison with reception and guest services team of the hotel Planning of Event/Hotel Host training Preparing the rooming lists for each wave Coordination of check in and check out process at the hotel Coordination of usage of additional venues of the hotel (meeting rooms and others) Reconciliation with the hotel Dealing with any issues during the guest stay Liaise with the project team to track changes of all guest information including no-shows, late cancellations, late additions or and extensions Profile:
Highly dynamic and positive attitude At least 5 years working in an event agency or hospitality industry Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines Must be comfortable with managing last minute changes Based in Paris (no accommodation will be supplied) Great communication skills Organised Autonomous Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects Excellent relationship-building skills FLUENT in French and English (written and spoken) Sport aficionado (a bonus) Dates:
1st July until 15th August Location :
Paris 5 days per week until 11th July and then 6 days per week JLE France Paris Expérience souhaitée
