1 YEAR RENEWABLE TASKS HSE tasks:
o Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to HSE.
o Implement HSE requirements within the Procurement area.
o Fully comply with security rules in case of travelling abroad in Southeast Asia or Europe for FAT or missions.
o Complete necessary trainings as set by affiliate/project plan (to be provided and tracked by B20 PROJECT HSE Manager) o Attend monthly HSE site meeting o Fully comply with site security, health and safety instructions and to stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings o Report any issue/anomalies (using system in place in the facility) and to make use of client STOP WORK policy as necessary o Contribute to the promotion of the relevant client 12 golden rules for the site and to complete required HSE training o Ensure subordinates comply with/implement all above bullet points Procurement tasks:
o Ensure that Contractor enforces the requirement of Exhibit L to the main vendors and subcontractors and coordinate with HSSE Project team on that matter o Assist, under the supervision of the Project Control Manager, the FPSO Package Manager in followingup all FPSO procurement activities including expediting and inspection, in accordance with project and company procedures.
o Ensure selection and qualification of Vendors & Subcontractors for the FPSO package is performed according to the requirement of Exhibit J, G & H, according to their criticality.
o Ensure the Contractor properly anticipates the qualification exercise o To monitor the performance of the main Contractor in its FPSO supply chain activities:
Ensure RFQ, Technical Bid Evaluation, RTA, PO, Surveillance & inspection plan are prepared and submitted to CPY in due time and in line with Exhibits J, G and H.
Requirements.
Ensure logistic activities are performed efficiently and that contingency plans are implemented in due time by CTR as necessary (e.g.
late delivery of Material); Ensure PO are place as per Schedule, especially for Long Lead & Critical Items.
o Ensure information flow with supplier is managed in due time by Contractor.
Ensure, in close cooperation with FPSO Quality Manager that inspection program is properly anticipated.
Including organization of the FAT.
o Ensure any non-conformance is addressed through an appropriate remedial plan.
o Ensure that fabrication yard preparation are well secured and necessary corrective actions to fulfil Project requirements are conducted in due time o Monitor the Vendors & Subcontractor performance by ensuring schedule are met o Cooperate with FPSO Quality Manager to ensure during the necessary visits and inspection plans with the main contractor that vendors fulfil all the contractual requirements o Expedite the information flow related to Procurement activity, receive vendor queries and ensure that responses are given.
o Assist the Engineering Manager in defining priorities in the review of vendor & subcontractor provided information.
o Ensure that all comments/approvals on vendor documents are properly consolidated and issued in due time, in close coordination with the Engineering Manager o Collaborate with the Technical Specialist and field Operation group accordingly.

o Prevent as far as practicable Change Order by early identification the procurement issues or engineering changes impacting the supply chain.
o Assist the FPSO Package Manager and FPSO Project Control Manager with the follow-up of all FPSO procurement activities, including expediting and inspection, in accordance with project and company procedures.
o Participate in organizing and coordinating as necessary all required meetings and/or Audits to fulfil the job responsibility.
o Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO Project Control Manager and the FPSO Package Manager (progress, concerns).
o Develop and maintain a FPSO KPI register of the main supply chain parameters allowing appropriate overview, tracking and slippage indications of the supply chain matters.
o Communicate with Contractor's team to solve daily problems and provide advice on the resolution of supply chain disputes o Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support) o Gather â??lessons learnt' and provide feedback to other client E&P entities as required.
o Manage with the Contractor all procurement activities under a Provisional Sum, format.
o Maintain a good and respectful working attitude and good team spirit Project Management tasks:
o Organize and participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings on request o Develop internal procedures if needed, Reporting & Communication tasks:
o Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO PCL and FPSO Package Manager o Assist the FPSO PCL and the FPSO Manager with the relations with Concessionaire / Partners regarding FPSO matters and prepare and participate to Workshops & Committees with Partners and Concessionaire when required PROFILE Confirmed Experience in Oil & Gas projects in Procurement and Supply Chain Management; Strong team spirit, field proven coordination and communication skills and recognized capability to work in a transverse mode; Problem solving mindset and solution driven attitude; Excellent communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, â??out-of-the-boxâ? thinking and ability to convince.
