Lead Fullstack Developer (H/F) > Beev > Joboolo FR :

As Lead Fullstack Developer at Beev, you will be tasked with designing and developing our new SaaS solution.


Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead the team responsible for building this platform, creating a robust development environment, and supervising technical implementations.

This role is ideal for someone with a delivery-oriented mindset and hands-on expertise, eager to make a significant impact by establishing processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring the adoption of the latest standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design:
   
   
   Collaborate closely with the product team to design the technical components based on functional specifications provided for each feature.


2. Mentoring:
   
   
   Guide and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth.
   
   
   Lead code review sessions to maintain quality and provide constructive feedback.


3. Knowledge Sharing:
   
   
   Promote knowledge sharing within the team through rituals and proof of concepts, keeping the team updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices.


4. Problem Solving:
   
   
   Serve as the team's go-to person for resolving critical issues that arise.


5. Project Management:
   
   
   Work with the product team to define clear technical tasks, break down features, and assign tasks to team members.


6. Business Understanding:
   
   
   Ensure that technical implementations align with Beev's overall business operations, building features that make sense in context.


7. Coding & Development:
   
   
   Contribute to code, especially for critical components or during mentoring sessions.


8. Testing & QA:
   
   
   Define and enforce strategies for automated testing, including unit and end-to-end tests, to ensure platform stability.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Bac +5 CS diploma.


• 6+ years of experience in SaaS development using React.js, Nest.js, and other mainstream frameworks.
  
  
  Startup experience is a plus.


• Leadership and communication skills, with at least one experience leading teams.


• Agility in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.


• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams including Product, Tech, and management.


• Strong business acumen with a data-centric and adaptive approach.


• Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
