Introduction The Legal and Compliance department of Airties provides legal advice and services in all relevant practice areas, including contract and commercial law, company law and corporate secretarial administration, corporate transactions, litigation and arbitration, corporate governance and compliance, for Airties and all its subsidiaries.
This department is looking for a LegalCounsel, who will report to the General Counsel.

Paris, France What you will do:
Legal support to the commercial teams (bid, project, services, purchasing), including in particular to prepare responses to calls for tenders; drafting, negotiation and the analysis of contracts, with a strong emphasis on SaaS Conflict resolution (litigation, arbitration, settlement) Compliance with rules and regulations (in particular on data privacy and anti-bribery), and with Airties compliance policies Advice to operational staff on IT legal matters Training of non-legal staff on legal and compliance topics Legal support for financial transactions, including project finance Legal support for M&A transactions and other similar transactions Dealing with various issues and formalities regarding company laws What you should ideally bring:
Master's degree in law 2 to 6 years of experience as in-house lawyer and/or in a law firm Fluency in English and French is mandatory Additional qualifications (e.g., business school, LLM) and experience abroad appreciated Admission to the French bar or a foreign bar appreciated Airties has a zero tolerance to discrimination policy.
