Permanent Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days smart working Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing digital infrastructure companies.
Due to this growth, they require a senior level French qualified lawyer to join the Paris team.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 8 years PQE and a combination of Corporate and Real Estate Law experience.
Responsibilities:
Review and draft commercial real estate agreements (lease, purchase, etc) and establish the conditions agreed with the different parties ensuring they comply with the Compliance guidelines Draft services agreements, telecom hosting agreements and support operational staff in charge of Sales and Leases Serves as a liaison with external lawyers Prepare corporate documents per the companies' bylaws and shareholders' agreements Performs and coordinates notarial and registry procedures, The ideal candidate:
A qualified French Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years relative post-qualified experience Corporate and Real Estate Legal experience is an absolute must-have Bilingual (French and English fluent) Knowledge of local regulations Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package The reward:
