Aircraft Engineering Services is inviting applications for a LiaisonEngineer based at Marseille Airport.
The role involves working in cooperation with our client, Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

Reporting directly to the Spanish General Manager, the candidate will be part of the management team overseeing Ryanair's Engineering Line Stations across France.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOGs, and Third-Party Liaison.
Manpower planning, recruitment, staff retention, and performance management.
Ensuring availability of appropriate spares and equipment at each location.
Conducting regular base visits, staff welfare checks, and ensuring regulatory (EASA) compliance.
Investigating maintenance delays, engineering safety reports, and non-compliances; implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
Working with all parties to reduce AOGs and aircraft Hills.
Controlling scheduled planning for each base (OPO, LIS, FAO).
Managing records of applications for EASA Part 66 Licenses.
Overseeing internal promotions and career development.
Planning and coordinating manpower for training purposes.
Managing human resources tasks such as leave management, scheduling, and training.
Coordinating and reporting upcoming news to management.
Preparing bases for internal and external audits and participating in the audit process to address findings.
Requirements
We seek a motivated self-starter capable of managing technical teams in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven leadership experience, including remote team management.
Experience in Aviation Maintenance (EASA Part 145) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Full computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Unrestricted right-to-work in the EU, a full Driving Licence, and willingness to travel across bases in France, Belgium, Morocco, Portugal, and Spain.
