The organization is recruiting a ChiefFinancial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join its results-driven team.
This pivotal leadership role involves ensuring global financial health and operational efficiency.
â?? Responsibilities Accounting :
Managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, budgeting, and adherence to international financial reporting standards.
Financial Planning:
Implementing effective cash flow management strategies and preparing accurate financial statements and statutory filings.
Legal :
Identifying cost-saving initiatives, evaluating strategic investments, and overseeing legal and administrative compliance across 20 entities.
Leadership :
Leading and developing a team of finance and administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
â?? Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in a multinational context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in French and English, additional languages a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of international accounting standards and financial reporting.
Experience working globally and managing dispersed teams, coupled with a passion for the social enterprise mission.
