MAHLE Powertrain is a global engineering consultancy and part of the wider MAHLE group, specializing in the design, development and integration both of advanced internal combustion engines and of electric powertrain systems.

Your contribution:
- Participate in the development of sales policy for your market and implement it in the area for which you are responsible:
North and East of France.
- Implement the sales policy defined by the company (products, promotions, customer offer, etc.).
- Manage the distributor's sales force (training, information meetings, accompanied tours).
- Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set for your market and any other products.
- To achieve budgetary turnover and margin targets, while ensuring compliance with the sales policy and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects in the markets or products for which you are responsible (from negotiation to collection).
- Manage monitoring and developing sales with the key account customers assigned to it.
- Supervise the sales promoters in your area in terms of their duties and organization (accompanied tours, planning, sales priorities, feedback from the field, events, etc.).
- Identify profitable business development opportunities (products, services, market share) while preserving margins.
- Competitors analysis and reporting.
- Work with other company departments.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 years higher education in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- 3
- 5 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.
- PC Literacy.
- French with a level of English that enables communication with the Group.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to manage priorities.
- Sense of customer service, communication & ability to put forward the proposal.
