Main mission ans responsibilities of the role:

Ensure the successful execution of the group's transformation projects to enhance the group's performance and competitiveness.

Stakeholder management:

In order to capture the optimization potential of the group's global presence :

very close cooperation with the Executive Committee, regions, support functions, and corporate.

For the execution of strategic projects :

with the support functions and corporate of the company, regions, and external stakeholders.

Missions and activities:

Ensure the successful execution of the group's strategic projects by guiding the governance bodies of the transformation initiatives.

Contribute to the definition of the strategic plan in line with the directions taken by product lines and regions.

Contribute to establishing the group's roadmap and manage the progress of its implementation.

Provide support and challenge the definition of operational and functional organizations to address the implementation of the new business model.

Manage related risks (delays, cost overruns, etc.).

Contribute to the group's key financial indicators.

Requirements:

Graduate of a Master's degree in Industry and/or Commerce Around 3/5 years of experience, with at least 2/3 years in strategic consulting Financial acumen and strong analytical skills required Strong skills in managing complex, cross-functional and multi-country projects Ability to listen, synthesize and make recommendations Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-taught profile, able to influence, ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
