In the context of Sephora's ambitious business agenda, the Global HR team protects and nurtures Sephora's boundary:

pushing and inclusive culture to impact change, while empowering each talent to be their authentic self in their journey.

Part of the Global HR team, the Global HR Digital direction is contributing to this strategy by aiming at offering the most innovative and satisfying digital experience to Sephora's employees and candidates, as well as efficient and AI:

driven solutions to all the users of our apps.



Directly attached to the Global VP HR Digital, the Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager is closely working with the other domain leaders of the HR Digital team (Learning and Collaboration, Recruitment, Core HR and Data, Campaigns), as well as with our Talent and C and B partners, to assess and enhance the digital experience of the users of our different solutions through more satisfying journeys, communication and training.

One of our strategic pillars being Innovation and AI everywhere, the HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager is also in charge of monitoring promising new technologies and implementing AI in all our processes and solutions.

Digital experience of our employees and candidates:

measuring the satisfaction of the users of our LVMH Group and Sephora Global solutions, supporting our HR Digital domain leaders in building enhanced user journeys in all our processes, bringing AI to simplify the way our users have access to our solutions, know how to use them and report any issues
:


Change management:

designing communication and training plans on all our implementation projects as well as on our solutions already live, ensuring our users know the apps and how to use them
:


Digital innovation:

monitoring new promising technologies, proposing a comprehensive and consistent usage of AI in our different platforms in coordination with our IT and Digital partners
:


Sephora HR Digital promotion:

keeping track of the main HR Digital projects at Sephora local and global levels as well as at Group level, supporting the VP Global HR Digital in building and explaining the strategy, actively promoting the digital actions of the Sephora HR communities through communication actions and events

Higher education in HR, Digital or Communication
:


10 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on change management and data monitoring, design thinking methodology, user journey mapping, learning content creation and roll:

A good knowledge and understanding of HR and communication processes, especially Learning, Employee engagement and Recruitment

A strong interest in new technologies, especially AI:

driven, and how it could be applied to HR processes and solutions
