MES/ MOM CONSULTANT

Position Details:


As a MES/MOM Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation choices of the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) functional and technical solution, as part of a deployment project for a large industrial account.

Technical Experience:

1. Participate in design workshops (general and detailed) to collect and understand the client's business needs and be responsible for writing functional and technical specifications.


2. Ensure the convergence between the expressed needs and the standard operation of the APRISO solution.


3. Be responsible for the implementation choices in the solution.


4. Manage and participate in the realization of the solution.


5. Document your activities carried out.


6. Organize and supervise the acceptance phases.


7. Secure and manage the integration phases and deliveries.


8. Be in direct contact with the customer within the framework of the workshops.


9. Ensure the convergence between the expressed needs and the standard operation of the OT solution.

Additional Information:


While project implementation is on APRISO, we are open about prior work experience in any (one) of the following tools:


Apriso, Opcenter, Plex, Proficy, Critical Manufacturing, Parsec, Aveva, Rockwell Factory Talk, Honeywell.

Responsibilities:

1. Ideal to have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in MES and Manufacturing domain.


2. Good to have experience in either Apriso 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021.


3. Must have good knowledge of .NET Technology stack.


4. Hands-on experience working on Process Builder, Machine Integration and Business Integration.


5. Must have been part of at least 2 to 3 end-to-end MES implementations in Apriso (or similar applications) & OT implementations.


6. Well versed with deployment and release management processes.


7. Should have experience in either OPC UA Kepware, Ignition etc.


8. Should have significant experience in the realization and deployment of OT Solutions.


9. Key objective will be to bring a more disciplined design process to how we initiate major change.


10. Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to initiate, design, deliver and govern across a wide range of projects in support of business.


11. Work closely and collaboratively across multiple delivery teams and product owners to define a well-articulated solution and ensure alignment across stakeholders.


12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


13. Ready to travel.


14. Should have significant experience in the realization and deployment of MES / MOM solutions, ideally APRISO/OT.


15. You ideally have knowledge of the industrial field (production organization, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
