In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's equipment through installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
Execute service activities in accordance with internal and customer procedures, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of instruments.
Deliver responsive telephone and on-site service to customers, ensuring the safe and effective utilization of our client's equipment.
Escalate customer issues through appropriate channels for timely resolution.
Safely operate vehicles and utilize field automation systems as required.
Adhere strictly to company's field procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with technical teams, fostering information sharing across the organization.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable recommendations and briefings.
Foster positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Experience in field service of electronic/electrotechnics and industrial IT/Industrial computing.
Education and Training in automation, electronics, medical technician, or equivalent.
Proficient verbal and written command of technical English language.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Organized and self-disciplined with autonomy in scheduling and commitment.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Must be located in the Toulouse region with a willingness to travel across Southern France, with occasional coverage in Switzerland, Belgium, and Northern France.
