Support our community and property management teams located in Paris.
Help source and liaise with local in-house labor for maintenance and cleaning services and local contractors.
Be the face of our member community in Paris / Main point of contact for day-to-day operations for all open houses until scale and local team is built out.
Assist with organization around dispatch of members’ monthly breakfast and common groceries.
Help with local marketing initiatives including but not limited to:
B to B Partnership curation, social media and PR campaigns.
Assist with event planning and execution on site with our members.
Drive our leasing processes and sales funnel with our Regional Sales and Partnerships.
Property management :
The CX ManagerParis will supervise all Property operations (openings, Reactive and proactive maintenance duties, cost management).
The CX Manager will have full ownership of its costs to maintain quality, compliance and safety of our open portfolio.
Reporting :
The CX ManagerParis will share responsibility for the local P & L with the other French department managers
- this goes for our local operating company and every building ownership entity within the Parisian portfolio.
Weekly and monthly reporting will be done with the City Manager.
KPIs :
Maintain Physical Occupancy Rate of 96% with a CAC below 400€.
Maintain Market NPS above 60.
CSAT above 85%.
Qualifications :
A wildly charismatic and magnanimous spirit.
A sense of humor, excellent judgment, tough skin and some ego
- just not too much!

- 5 years in Operations Management.
If you worked in hospitality it is a plus.
