Paris As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled D365 Supply Chain Domain Manager to oversee project development, ensure smooth operations, and manage budgets within the Supply Chain domain.
This position plays a crucial role in implementing key strategic projects, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and more.
You will be an integral part of the IT department, reporting directly to the Director of Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Development Project Management:
Lead and manage D365 Supply Chain evolution projects, ensuring timely planning, coordination, and delivery of key milestones.
Maintain alignment of business processes (purchasing, inventory, logistics, production, transport) with D365 system features.
Evaluate and manage suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and performance standards are met.
Oversee the integration of new functionalities within the Supply Chain domain.
Request Management for the Supply Chain Department:
Collect, assess, and prioritize user requests for system improvements, incident resolutions, and new features within the D365 Supply Chain environment.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues within agreed-upon timelines.
Serve as the main point of contact for the Supply Chain department to manage project priorities and status updates.
Lead functional configuration of key Supply Chain modules (logistics, warehouse management, production, purchasing, transport).
Strategic Project Management:
Lead key initiatives such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Drive process optimization across the Supply Chain to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget & Financial Oversight:
Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets allocated to D365 Supply Chain-related projects.
Control project expenditures and ensure that they remain within the allocated budget.
Provide regular budget status reports to senior management.
Technological Research & Monitoring:
Keep up to date with the latest D365 features and updates, specifically within the Supply Chain domain.
Propose new technologies or process improvements that could enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Support:
Generate regular reports to track project progress, risks, and resolutions.
Lead and support the key user community, providing training, change management, and facilitating ongoing committee meetings.
Deliver advanced functional support to D365 users within the Supply Chain domain, in collaboration with IT teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.
Proven experience in deploying and optimizing ERP systems within industrial or logistics environments.
