Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of European commercial real estate loans.
Working closely with in-house Legal team and, where necessary, external counsel, reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
Completing loan facility requirements.
Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
Reviewing loan agreements, servicing agreements and other finance / security documentation.
Requirements:
Experience in the real estate debt sector.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Fluent Germanspeaker.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Motivated to learn new skills and continue personal & professional development.
