Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the estate's daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and staffing Oversee a team of household staff, ensuring their efficient performance and adherence to high standards Develop and implement systems for household management, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control Manage property maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and renovations Anticipate the homeowner's needs and ensure a comfortable and luxurious living environment Organize and manage household events and guest visits Oversee travel arrangements and manage private jets/yachts if applicable (a plus) Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a HouseManager in a private estate or luxury hotel environment Proven track record of managing a team of staff and ensuring excellent service delivery Strong understanding of property management principles and practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks effectively, and work independently In-depth knowledge of luxury lifestyle management and impeccable taste are a plus Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and celebrities is highly desirable Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience Opportunity to work in a prestigious and fast-paced environment Live-in/out position with potential for travel (details to be discussed) Confidential France Expérience souhaitée
