The Global Treasury team, attached to the Global Finance Department, is expanding to define payment and fraud strategies tailored to its markets and to support its subsidiaries in the development of meaningful and valuable projects.
The goal is to offer the best experience to our customers while ensuring compliance, security, and economic performance.
As a true conductor, the payment and fraudmanager sets Sephoras strategic directions on payment and fraud issues, in coordination with the Retail, Digital, IT, Loss Prevention, Legal, Purchasing, and Finance:
Accounting departments, coordinates the various stakeholders, shares expertise and recommendations, animates the Sephora communities, and participates in exchanges with other Houses of the LVMH group and LVMHs payment and fraud team.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Your role will involve being an expert and internal consultant on payment and fraud matters, as well as animating communities across various Sephora markets.
Your priorities will be to define dashboards and KPIs common to all regions and to implement the necessary tools for generating and monitoring these performance indicators.
This is to identify areas for improvement, solutions, and to implement best practices.
You will participate in developing strategies for streamlining partners and improving performance in coordination with the relevant regions and departments, evaluating solutions and partners, negotiating contracts, and executing these strategies.
You will be involved in managing relationships with partners (PSPs, Acquirers, Fraud Prevention Tools, Schemes, etc.) in coordination with the local teams involved:
analysing performance, projecting ROI of projects, coordinating and monitoring projects, etc.
You will conduct functional and technical regulatory monitoring on offline and online payment solutions and fraud prevention.
Lastly, you will be the payment and fraud reference point responsible for communicating performance, strategies, and projects to Top Management and will participate in LVMH Group Steering Committees to contribute to creating synergies and common experiences.

- A master's degree with significant experience (8 years minimum) in payment and fraud, project management.
- You have strong knowledge in payment systems (acceptance, acquisition, EMV, PCI:
DSS, e:
commerce, fraud prevention, alternative payments and wallets, instalment payment solutions, instant payment..

) at both European and international levels.
- You are proficient in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBi, Spreadsheet) and possess solid analytical, presentation, and synthesis skills.
- You can unite and coordinate teams around common goals in a cross:
functional approach, with strong interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey concise messages.
- You speak English fluently.
- Integrity, ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
