The opportunity:
The Global HR Digital team is looking for the person who will ensure our Group or Global HR campaigns (performance management, annual compensation review, talent review, engagement survey) are run smoothly and continuously enhanced from a Digital perspective:
optimal user experience, innovative features, actionable data.
The Global HR DigitalcampaignManager will partner closely with Talent, C and B and IT teams, both at Sephora and LVMH, to guarantee our solutions are both matching Sephora's HR strategic objectives and our expectations regarding employee digital experience.
Expert in Digital and user experience optimization applied to performance, annual reviews and employee engagement, the Global HR DigitalcampaignManager will manage the support of users and the improvement of our current and future solutions for an enhanced digital experience.
S/he will also be in charge of the change management linked to these solutions (communication, training, management of communities of users, digital experience measurement) in close partnership with the related HR teams in charge of the strategies and overall processes.

Before each campaign, you take part into preparation discussions with HR, Digital and IT teams, at Sephora Regional, Global and at LVMH levels, to validate process changes, solution improvements, change management strategies.

Interacting with local HRs, you are co:
leading with Talent and /or C and B teams the preparation of HR campaigns with the aim to improve the digital experience of users:
data preparation, timeline and improvement communication, solution training actions.

Once a campaign is live, you co:
monitor it through constant interactions with the different stakeholders:
tickets review and management, regular meetings with the Group, data monitoring, change management actions, user communities' management.

At the end of a campaign, you track the digital experience of our users and draw the link with our HR strategies to propose improvements of the user experience map and adapt our processes to reach our HR strategic objectives.

All along the year, you work closely with our data experts to improve HR performance measurement through better KPIs.

You regularly browse the digital market for potential innovations which might improve the user experience of our solutions.

Higher education in HR, Digital or Data
:
5 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on change management and data monitoring
:
Experience in Digital and Data, ideally with knowledge of our current solutions (NeoBrain, SAP SuccessFactors, Glint, Qlik)

A good understanding of HR processes, especially performance, talent management, compensation and employee engagement
:
Imperative fluent English
