�1,500 per day Stanton House is partnered with a global Consumer Health PE backed business that is hiring for a RGM director to lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing net pricing and driving a £30m growth in revenue.

This role is crucial in strengthening our central functions and will require strong collaboration across commercial, market, finance, and change management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of global RGM strategies to achieve revenue growth in net price improvement.

This includes leveraging consulting insights to identify consumer pricing opportunities and optimize gross-to-net pricing.

Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans.

Define and establish processes, playbooks, and dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Work closely with commercial, market, and finance teams to align on pricing strategies, manage trade spend effectively by customer and brand, and drive margin improvements.

Collaborate with commercial, finance, and market teams to embed pricing improvements and execute change management agenda.

Optimising Trade Spend by categorising and reducing spend inefficiencies by customer and brand.

Mature RGM capabilities by establishing dashboards, reporting systems, and playbooks to support markets.

Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization, including designing, executing a transformation roadmap and fostering a change-ready environment.

Skills to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

MBA preferred.

Experience working with advisory, BIG4 or MBB consulting firms Evidence of delivering change at pace to embed lasting ways of working that drive commercial performance.

This role is about moving for strategy to execution very quickly, not about preparing the plan.

Industry expertise in Consumer Health, Consumer Products, Personal Care Product Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives in a global context.

Proven experience in revenue growth management, consumer pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.

Strong financial capabilities with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Expertise in category management, trade marketing, shopper marketing Proficiency in leveraging data and tools (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce) to drive insights and optimise performance.

Ability to inspire action, secure leadership buy-in, and drive collaboration across functions and markets.
