Center of Excellence ServiceNow:

Capgemini is organized to deliver ServiceNow-based Solutions through a Center of Excellence (COE) leveraging strong resources from various Company specialties such as Business Consulting, Digital Customer Experience and Cloud and Infrastructure Services.

The ServiceNow COE is part of the South and Central Europe Organization and can launch missions in 14 countries, as well as collaborating on global missions.

The ServiceNow Deal Shaper position:

The Deal Shaper/Pre-sales will be based in France, preferably in Paris or Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse.

Deal Shapers are expected to strengthen relationships with existing clients, welcome new ones, and demonstrate deep expertise in ServiceNow and its full capabilities.

The Role:

· Work closely with key accounts with a lead solutioning role:

deal structuring and develop transformation roadmaps, prepare and present proposals to clients.

· Develop client relationships with key business and technology influencers, such as CXOs, and decision makers · Along with the Alliances team, develop intimacy with ServiceNow on sales & solutioning with the objective to engage jointly on key opportunities · Develop new accounts and establish strong and trust-based relationships with clients.

· Advocate for ServiceNow and it's benefits through compelling presentations and pitches for our internal communities.

· Deal Shapers may collaborate with international teams to develop new business plans leveraging ServiceNow.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· 15 years client-facing experience in management consulting and/or business transformation with a strong focus over the past years on ServiceNow · Outstanding consulting acumen and understanding of Enterprise Service Management on NOW, ideally gained from using ServiceNow to design and deliver various solutions.

· Experience in shaping business-driven programs across multiple industries, able to drive and support strategic phases and shaping the operations to enable client's entire ServiceNow Journey.

· Experience appreciated in designing / implementing ServiceNow solutions and its various modules.

· Strong acumen in IT and Digital Transformation · Mindset to work with modern methodological approaches (agility, Safe, V Cycle) · Fluency (written and oral) in English besides the mother tongue.

· Strong client leadership and engagement skills up to C-level · Ability to lead conversations and influence without line authority · Strong business transformation skills · Strong team-player, with a collaborative and sharing attitude · Available to travel across Europe · Passion for the challenge, willing to innovate and leave the mark · Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in complex and fluid contexts · Expert in understanding clients' business problems and defining plans that deliver the benefits that clients seek, ideally in a consultancy background.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (Spanish and Italian valued).
