Join us for a whale of a ride!The Sales Enablement Specialist will report to the Head of Sales Enablement at Docker and will provide our sales team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.

Partnering with the Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing teams, the Sr.

Sales Enablement Specialist will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process with a dedicated focus on value-based selling.

Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:

Work with Sales Enablement Leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement initiativesSuccessfully deliver sales training and readiness programs to ensure sales and customer success teams are readily equipped with the content and resources needed to sell the value of Docker effectivelyBuild a trusted relationship within the GTM organizationServe as a liaison between sales, customer success, marketing, and product teamsPartner with Sales Enablement Leader to coordinate with product marketing and product team to ensure sales is prepared and enabled for product launches and enhancements focused on value-based sellingCoordinate educational content for ongoing trainingOrganizing and optimizing sales enablement contentEnsure optimization of GTM tech stack via training and enablementDevelop content in our learning management system to deliver learning activities for the GTM teamsUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales and sales enablementExperience as a sales enablement facilitatorExperience in a direct seller role is highly preferredDetailed understanding of SaaS sales cyclesUnderstanding of MEDDPICC Qualification FrameworkExperience with a Sales Methodology, preferably Force Management's Sales Methodology Command of the MessageKnowledge of SalesforceKnowledge of LeadIQ, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferredA strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and trainingExperience with content management and learning management systemsAble to build internal relationships with all critical GTM functions of the businessExcellent communication and organization skillsFast learner and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentWhat to expect in the first 30 days:
