Fluent/professional French and English , written and verbal As our new InsideSalesSpecialist , you will have the chance to actively engage in sales activities within publicsector accounts.
You will be driving cross-selling and up-selling activities with existing accounts, as well as new customer acquisition , in collaboration with our Key Account Managers.
Other responsibilities will include Maintaining and developing customer installed base through order management, contract handling, licensing, vendor support, and promoting Crayon's strategic offerings including SAM and Cloud services Initiating and participating in sales initiatives such as outbound/inbound calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management, as well as quote creation Contributing to new customer acquisition by following up on opportunities and marketing campaigns, as well as addressing licensing queries as they appear Collaborating with Key Account Managers in day-to-day activities Your Competencies 2 years' of B2B sales experience within publicsector , focused on attracting new customer and cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers Previous experience with Microsoft software licensing and/or any other major vendors Master's degree from a business school or similar institution will be a plus Understanding of Cloud technologies will be advantageous About You An effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders Sales-oriented mindset combined with a passion to deliver results A team player with collaboration skills Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks What's on Offer?
