• Assist adolescents with daily living activities, including preparing hygiene products and organizing their rooms upon admission.


• Lead workshops on daily management for adolescents.


• Support adolescents in organizing personal spaces and initiating daily chores.


• Guide adolescents in managing personal hygiene and self-image.


• Help set up and manage personal budgets, teaching responsible consumption.


• Create a welcoming environment within the facility.


• Ensure cleanliness and safety of communal and private areas, collaborating with staff.


• Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework (Law of January 2, 2002), adolescent issues, and social integration challenges.


• Techniques for cleaning and safety measures regarding cleaning products.


• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, organize priorities, and handle conflicts.


• Proactive and able to evaluate professional practice.

• Experience:
  
  
  1 year in related roles.


• Knowledge:
  
  
  Hygiene, safety, and daily activity organization.


• Soft Skills:
  
  
  Reactivity, organization, and prioritization.

• Completed 2nd or 1st year in Social and Educational Support.
