France, Belgium, Netherlands, and SpainThe Medical Advisor (MA) will be responsible for engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in their territory through appropriate high-level scientific support for education and scientific exchange.

The MA will be a conduit for medical affairs communications and interactions for their assigned HCPs.

Knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic landscape, and experience in Phase 2 and 3 Clinical Trials is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The MA will advise and educate study sites, while building and maintaining sustainable relationships with Head and Neck Cancer investigators and study site personnel.The MA will support feasibility, site selection, present at the site initiation visits (SIVs), contribute into study recruitment strategy, and mitigate barriers.The MA will contribute significantly to the Company's Trial Network in Head and Neck (MTNHN)The MA will build credible relationships with patient advocacy organizations for their region(s).The MA will organize investigator roundtables in their region(s), to support the clinical program.

Contribute to engagement strategies to accelerate clinical trial awareness and accrual in their regions.

The MA will serve as an expert resource to provide scientific, clinical, and educational support to investigators, clinicians, and the clinical community through the dissemination of pertinent scientific, and clinical information.

The MA will identify key Head and Neck Cancer congresses in their regions and organize engagements and discussions with site investigators and KOLs.

Maintain and continually develop scientific knowledge of the relevant competitive landscape in Head and Neck cancer.

Share pertinent updates with the medical team.

Develop and execute field medical affairs plan for the assigned territory level in alignment with medical affairs strategies and tactics.Support study set-up through review of competitive trial landscape, precedent trials.

Leveraging contacts in medical community with prospective PIs, engagement and follow up with potential sites.

Attend national, regional, and local conferences and symposia in coordination with overarching company objectives.Qualifications:

The successful Medical Advisor (MA) is a proven self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills that meets the following requirement:

M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D.

or NP/PA with appropriate clinical experience and scientific background.2+ years' oncology clinical experience and 1+ years' MSL/Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industryExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple assignments and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity and fluency in the primary country's local language, alongside proficiency in English at the professional level.Travel approximately 50% (car, plane, etc.)Physical Demands:
