What you will be doing
Write, update, and improve work instructions, operating procedures, survey documents, and job descriptions.
Ensure the traceability and distribution of documents and support users in their implementation.
Define and implement new processes or operating procedures, collaborate in the industrialization of new components.
Ensure the availability and compliance of specific and conventional tools used at workstations.
Have specific tools used at workstations made and implemented, support users.
Lead design or improvement projects for specific tools in terms of safety, ergonomics, quality, or productivity.
Lead workstation layout or optimization projects in terms of safety, ergonomics, quality, or productivity.
Lead investment projects in the introduction or renewal of industrial equipment (machines, special tools, workshop furniture, handling and lifting equipment), always with the aim of improving safety, ergonomics, quality, or productivity.
Collaborate with users, their managers, and other support functions in defining needs and drafting a specifications document (techno-economic study).
Implement and develop continuous improvement tools (examples:
5S, visual management).
What you need to succeed:
Engineering degree or higher degree with experience.
Industrial concepts and general mechanics, drawing and plan reading (CAD/CAE).
Project management, Office Pack.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Autonomy, versatility, and ease in interpersonal and writing skills.
